Product Description
The basic principle of our company is vacuum testing machine is: if the vacuum inside the tank (bottle) is different, the shape deformation of the lid is different. This machine uses precise components to detect the tiny deformation of the lid. After the data are automatically processed by the computer, it can immediately analyze whether the product meets the required vacuum, and the product that does not reach the vacuum will be delivered immediately from the back cylinder. Line, so the device can carry out dynamic on-line detection on the conveyor belt, and automatically remove the set "vacuum" or "internal pressure" tanks (bottles) that have not been reached after detection. This machine is suitable for two aluminium cans, three iron cans, glass bottles and all other laminated containers. It has simple and efficient operation. Its key components are German and Japanese products. It is the first high-tech product in China and the only substitute for imported products. It has been widely used in many beverage factories and canneries in recent years.

Functional characteristics

1. Touch screen and key operation, data storage of arbitrary tank type,on-line data analysis, automatic correction and synchronous rejection;
2.  Loss of power protection, integrated counter and other multi-layer protection measures;
3.  It can effectively reduce the errors caused by the vibration of conveyor belt, the variation of height or diameter of tank (bottle), so the errors are very small and the repeatability is good. It is very easy to adjust if the tank type needs to be changed.
4. Precision laser line positioning system, 500 containers per minute (high-speed type and 300 containers per minute (ordinary type) below unlimited tank type;
5. Any container, whether iron, aluminum, glass bottle, aluminium platinum seal or plastic can, can be inspected as long as the caliber is above 25 mm.
6. It can be detected as long as the temperature is stable below 95 C, and only takes up 50 cm of the length of the conveyor belt.
